Owned by the diversified corporate biggie, the Bird group, ‘The Roseate’ derives its name from the beautiful Roseate bird of the spoonbill family. Located in the lush green meadows of Aerocity, The Roseate resort-hotel is the new and revamped identity of the Dusit Devarana in Delhi/NCR. It became fully operational in September 2016.

Landscaped gardens featuring refreshing greenery and tranquil waterways shimmering with clear water and myriad luxurious accommodation options make the hotel one grand resort-hotel comprising 50 swanky rooms. The combination of warm ambiance and top notch service guarantees an invigorating and relaxing experience for visitors and discerning guests.

To pamper their gastronomical guests, The Roseate provides three dining options each distinct in its own way. Delightful regional delicacies, a wide range of Delhi special dishes and numerous Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mexican, Thai and seafood cuisines are sure to make your mouth water.

First of the three exquisite dining options at The Roseate is Kiyan, set in a picturesque, Zen-like setting, majestic lighting and surrounded by a royal blue water body makes it perfect for a romantic outing. The menu boasts culinary delights from Europe, the Far East and India. All dishes are a true work of art and are prepared using only select organic and home grown vegetables, free range meats and the finest ingredients.

Second on the dining list is Chi Ni (Chinese for Hindi) that boasts of being the best Chinese Restaurant in Delhi. The elegant surroundings pair perfectly with Chef Ban’s menu who has over 15 years of experience in Szechuan Cuisine, Hong Kong-Cantonese Cuisine, Malaysian local food and Singapore-Chinese cuisine. He now brings to India the authentic dishes like seaweed chicken, Australian lamb chops and wasabi prawns.

The restaurant features private dining rooms, winery, bar seating, indoor as well as outdoor seating options. Last but not least is the Lah Bar, best place for the beverages connoisseur. The bar serves from a selection of boutique brewery beers or new age wines as per request. Incase traditional is your kind, there are select malts, spirits and cigars.
