Quantity Jumbo Prawns 260 g, Garlic paste 15 g , Salad oil, vinegar 10 ml ,Boiled vegetables 50 g, French fries 50 g ,  Lemon wedge 1 ,  Butter 15 g salt, pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: 1.De-vein the prawns and remove the skin leaving behind the head and tail. 2. Marinate with salad oil, vinegar, garlic paste, and salt; leave it for half an hour. 3. Grill the prawns. 4. Now serve with boiled vegetables.
